This high affinity anti-Flg (DYKDDDDK) antibody is developed using the Flg peptide (DYKDDDDK) conjugated to KLH and affinity-purified with the DYKDDDDK peptide. The antibody is useful for detection, isolation and localization of Flg-tag proteins.

Western blot analysis of cell extract with Flg-tag protein expression (lane 7 = 25 µg; lane 8 = 5 µg; lane 9 = 10 µg cell lysate).
